GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The goods sold under this invoice shall remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received from the buyer. No returns will be accepted without prior RMA authorization. Goods returned without error on our part will be credited at the invoiced price minus delivery costs and a 10% handling fee.

nterest will be charged at a rate of 2.5% per month (30% annually) on any overdue account.

If a payment is still unpaid more than sixty (60) days after the due date, BEQ Technology reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency. All legal fees will be charged to the customer.

NOTES AND CONDITIONS:

If you have chosen a connected (so-called smart) terminal, BEQ Technology cannot be held responsible for problems related to the connection between your terminal and your personal network resulting from the strength of your Wi-Fi network. If adjustments need to be made to your network, it will be your responsibility to make these changes. * Wi-Fi configuration of the terminal is not included.

Of course, if you wish to change your choice of terminal, please let us know so that we can send you a revised proposal.
